John brings over 20 years business
experience focused on applying technology to specific
contact center opportunities. His success in designing
IVR measurement systems has resulted in many clients
obtaining real time customer feedback and making effective
change.

Daniel Kahn
Daniel uses his 30+ years of telecommunications
experience to ensure that what is developed within
Dialogue Interactive is properly installed inside
our client organizations. He has designed numerous
telecommunication equipment applications across a
variety of organizations and holds the patent for
a remote telephone access device that is currently
used at many Fortune 500 companies. He is considered
an expert in the telecommunications arena and is also
the head of Dialogue Interactive's Quality Control
Discipline.
